AlaHytale is an independent fan-made community website. AlaHytale is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Hypixel Studios or Riot Games. The game Hytale, the Hytale logo, and all related names, characters, artwork, music, and trademarks are the property of Hypixel Studios.

AlaHytale uses references to Hytale under the doctrine of fair use for the purposes of community discussion, news reporting, criticism, commentary, and education. We do not claim ownership of any Hytale intellectual property displayed or described on this site.

AlaHytale is a volunteer-run project created by fans of Hytale. We receive no direction, funding, assets, or inside information from Hypixel Studios or Riot Games. Every article, guide, and tool on this site is the product of independent community research based on publicly available information.

Any opinions expressed on AlaHytale are those of the individual authors and do not represent the views of Hypixel Studios or Riot Games.

Hypixel Studios owns all rights, title, and interest in and to Hytale, including (without limitation) the game software, the game world of Orbis, all zone and biome names, all creature and character names and designs (such as Kweebecs and Trorks), all faction names, all artwork, music, sound effects, trailers, and associated logos.

Following the November 2025 transaction in which the co-founders of Hypixel Studios repurchased the Hytale IP from Riot Games, Hypixel Studios operates as an independent studio. AlaHytale respects that ownership and operates only as a third-party community resource.

AlaHytale's use of Hytale names, imagery, and information is grounded in the fair-use doctrine. In determining fair use, the following factors apply to our content:

• Purpose and character: our content is transformative — we add original analysis, guides, community tools, and commentary rather than republishing raw game material.
• Nature of the work: Hytale is a published creative/commercial work; we reference factual elements (game mechanics, creature names, version history) and clearly labelled speculation.
• Amount used: we use only what is necessary to identify and discuss the subject — names, short descriptive references, and factual data points.
• Market effect: AlaHytale does not substitute for the Hytale game or for any official Hypixel Studios product; it is a free community-reference site that does not compete with the game's market.

We do not host, distribute, or link to pirated copies of Hytale, its assets, or its server software. We link only to the official hytale.com website for purchasing and downloading the game.

Editorial images: where a Hytale screenshot, key art, or trailer still is shown to illustrate an article, it is used for identification and commentary only and remains the property of Hypixel Studios. We do not claim to have produced or to own such material.

Community skins: skins displayed in the community gallery are user-submitted player-created textures rendered by our own renderer. Submitters retain ownership of their textures and grant AlaHytale a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site, as described in the Terms of Service.

Original graphics: the AlaHytale logo, page layouts, widget illustrations we created, and all original written guides are the property of AlaHytale and may not be reproduced without permission.

Some content on AlaHytale — including community skin uploads, profile avatars, and user-generated quest data — is submitted by registered users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any material they upload and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, including Hypixel Studios.

AlaHytale reserves the right to remove any user-submitted content that we believe, in good faith, infringes the rights of others. Repeated infringement leads to account termination.

If you believe that any content on AlaHytale infringes your copyright, or if you are a representative of Hypixel Studios or Riot Games with a concern about how we reference Hytale material, we want to hear from you and will respond promptly.

Send a notice to [email protected] with the following information:

• The exact URL of the content in question.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Your contact information (name, email, and, for official representatives, your role).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We aim to acknowledge all takedown notices within 72 hours and to resolve valid requests within 7 business days. We do not remove content based solely on the fact that we are an unofficial fan site — fair use protects legitimate commentary and reference — but we take every valid concern seriously.

Hytale and the Hytale logo are trademarks of Hypixel Studios. Riot Games and related marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. All other product names, logos, and brands referenced on AlaHytale (including third-party services we may describe, such as CurseForge) are property of their respective owners.

Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement. AlaHytale's own name and logo are the property of the AlaHytale project.
