What is the Player Lookup?

The Player Lookup is a free tool to search for any Hytale player by their username or UUID. It displays their avatar, full body render, and all skin customization details.

Where does the data come from?

Player data is retrieved from the PlayerDB API, which indexes Hytale player profiles. Results are cached for 24 hours to reduce API load and improve performance.

A UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) is a unique 36-character string assigned to every Hytale player account. Example: e1ccb11e-9304-423c-a660-178af49e9764. You can search by either username or UUID.

What are skin components?

Hytale allows deep character customization. Skin components include body type, face features, hair style, eye color, clothing (pants, tops, shoes), accessories (head, face, ear), gloves, and capes. Each component can have different styles and color variants.

Why does a player show as not found?

The player might not exist in the Hytale system, or the username/UUID might be misspelled. Only players who have registered or played Hytale have profiles available in the database.

Can I share a player profile link?

Yes! After looking up a player, click the 'Share Profile' button to copy a direct link. Anyone with the link can view the same player profile without searching again.
